Important information
PVX vectors
We have recently re-sequenced the VIGS vector pGR106 & have found some differences in the backbone with the previously published sequence.
These differences affect neither the PVX coding sequence nor the infectivity of the construct.
We also suspect that the same differences are present in the vector pGR107.
Please go to our sequence data page to download the new sequence.
TRV vectors
We regret to inform you that we have had some mix up with samples & one batch of TRV RNA1 vector pBINTRA6 actually contains TRV RNA2 vector pTV:00. If you have recently received these vectors from us - did they work? If you have not obtained a satisfactory TRV infection from our vectors, please contact us and the vector will be replaced.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
