Biography
My name is Neha Joshi and I'll be collaborating with the Centre for Landscape Regeneration and the Department of Plant Sciences to help estimate water table depth in global peatlands using satellite imagery. I hold a BSc in Geography and an MSc in Geographical Information Science from the University of Leicester. Subsequently, I completed a PhD at Cranfield University, focusing on Earth Observation for sustainable sugarcane production. My research interests lie in utilising remote sensing and machine learning to advance sustainable development.
