Biography

My research interests focus on understanding the combined impacts of anthropogenic environmental changes on ecological systems. Human activities are reshaping ecosystems, with threats that don't act in isolation or target just one species. Instead, they uniquely affect every species while also altering the complex interactions that define ecological communities. My research seeks to understand how climate change and land-use change are altering ecosystem functioning, with the goal of preventing further biodiversity loss.
