Biography
I study the interaction between nematodes and their host. The traditional assay to investigate this is both time consuming and laborious. As part of my work I develop machinery (both hardware and software) to largely automate the lab work. These tools have allowed the lab to collect more data in one experiment, than the field has as a collective in the past 60+ years.
