Biography
My research focuses on understanding how different factors influence the occurrence and distribution of structural damage in the largest trees of Amazonian forests, and how these damages affect biomass loss and tree mortality. I completed my BSc in Biological Sciences and my MSc in Ecology at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, and I’m currently a PhD candidate in Ecology and Conservation at the State University of Mato Grosso.
