Legume Crop Resilience and Quality at the Crop Science Centre
Research Overview
Legume crops are crucial for human nutrition and sustainability of crop production systems. However, to realise the nutritional and environmental roles of legume crops, the major barriers to their cultivation and consumption must be addressed. Our work is predominantly applied research, and we aim to develop the genetic resources and tools required to simultaneously enhance the resilience and quality of legume crops.
