Biography
I lead and manage the delivery and continuous improvement of the Crop Science Centre Scientific Services, including Labs, Horticultural Facility and Microscopy Facility. I am a senior researcher with broad experience in molecular genetics, synthetic biology, bioimaging, morphogenesis and plant development.
As Deputy Safety Officer, I manage the implementation of safety procedures. I facilitate the achievement of wider ambitions from the UoC on creating a positive and inclusive Research Culture, improving Scientific Facilities connectivity, developing the Technician Commitment and ensuring good Data Management practices.
