Large Lecture Theatre
The Large Lecture Theatre is on the ground floor of the Department and seats 115. It is listed and the lighting has been recently overhauled and access for a wheelchair made available. Equipment: a visualiser linked to a data/video projector with connection for laptop presentation or a G3 Power Mac; overhead projectors; 35mm slide projector; multi-standard video recorder; sound system with radio microphone. Tom ap Rees Lecture Theatre
Otherwise known as the Small Lecture Theatre this room seats 25 in either a classroom or meeting room format. It is on the ground floor of the Department near through the Library and wheelchair access has been gained by adding a stair lift. Equipment: iMac computer and laptop computer link to a video projector; visualiser linked to a data/video projector; 35 mm slide projector; overhead projector.
This is on the third floor of the Department, seats 20-25 and can be laid out in either a classroom or meeting room format. It has air conditioning. Equipment: data video projector.
Supervision rooms 1 and 2
These are two rooms on the third floor with air conditioning, a table and several chairs each. They are provided to supervisors to book in advance. SR1 has a window.
There are four seats around a table behind the Librarian which we have designated available for booking for supervisions.
There is a room with four chairs and a round table available for supervisions in the Herbarium at the Sainsbury Laboratory (RA.LG06.0). You will need to have your card programmed for access - see Stephen.Andrews@slcu.cam.ac.uk.

Epidemiology have a small meeting room that they are willing to be used by other members of the Department. You will have to contact them directly to book.
