Part II Zoology

A set of self-study exercises delivered as part of the Population Biology module in the Part II Zoology course, which concentrates on illustrating the behaviours of a selection of models, including Lotka-Volterra predator-prey, Lotka-Volterra competition, the Nicholson-Bailey model for host-parasitoid dynamics, Hassell's adaptation of the Nicholson-Bailey model to include clumping, and the (S)usceptible-(I)nfected-(R)emoved model of epidemics (with and without vaccination and host birth and death).
