Grant-funded post doctoral positions will be advertised as they become available. Applicants with a PhD who are interested in applying for independent fellowships to support research in the Plant Metabolism Group should contact Prof. Alison Smith.
Summer Internships
Summer projects are open to both British and non-British undergraduates, but with a preference for those who are intending to take Part II Plant Sciences. Please contact Prof. Alison Smith to discuss projects available and funding opportunities.
PhD Opportunities
Informal applications are welcome from students who wish to study for a PhD in Plant Metabolism Group. Details of projects and funding are available here. The work in the Group covers a range of topics, so as well as students with degrees in the life sciences, those with backgrounds in Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or even Mathematics, can be considered for particular projects.
