Notes for use of the catalogue

This online catalogue contains descriptions of our GAL4-GFP enhancer-trap Arabidopsis lines. The catalogue provides access to these lines, which are a central resource for genetic experiments. While we make every attempt to ensure that the information here is correct and up-to-date (we use it also), please be warned that errors or biological vagarities may occur. PLEASE USE THE INFORMATION AS A GUIDE, NOT A RULE. If you have a question or would like to contribute any new information or web link, please contact me directly. We have catalogued and checked the lines to make them as easily accessible as possible. However, our small group cannot cope with the large number of requests for materials, and these will be available solely via the Nottingham Arabidopsis Stock Centre.

There are a large number of graphics used for description of the enhancer-trap lines. A 16- or 24-bit colour display is recommended for viewing the images. While I've taken every effort to keep files sizes to a minimum, you may find it necessary to turn off the downloading of images - if your internet connection is unbearably slow.The catalogue and individual entries are provided as PDF documents.
